The mission of Harmony House is to create and sustain a fully operational Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) for Ohio and Marshall Counties, West Virginia, that serves child victims and non-offending family members in a neutral, safe and child-focused environment. Harmony House will coordinate a child-focused, culturally competent, multi-disciplinary team approach for services in the hope that no child is further victimized by a system designed to protect the child.
